Delete your account

You can request deletion of your Boise Gems account and associated personal data from this page or from the Boise Gems mobile app (Profile → Delete Account).

Before you delete

Outstanding balances must be paid. If you (or a linked child on a parent account) still owe tuition or other charges, deletion is blocked until the balance is paid in full. Deleting an account does not cancel amounts you owe under your contract or program agreements.
Deletion removes your login, profile, messages, forms, and similar personal account data.
We may retain anonymized or de-identified financial records as needed for bookkeeping, tax, and legal obligations.

How to request deletion

Log in to your Boise Gems account, then return to this page to delete it, or
Email theboisegems@gmail.com from the email on your account with the subject “Account deletion request.” Include your full name. Staff will confirm identity and process the request if your balance is clear.

You can also delete your account in the mobile app under Profile → Delete Account.
